Fan Violence at Champions League Final, Sadly Nothing New

The city of Athens did a splendid job in hosting this year's Champions League final but unfortunately the final was marred with hooligan antics and fighting during and after the game. Much of the fighting seemed to have been sparked by Liverpool supporters, undoubtedly distraught over the final result. Here are some pictures of the melee:
